Floating master bathroom double ramp sink…
One of our more challenging (and beautiful) pieces to date. This double ramp sink is designed to cantilever out from the wall with only a small vanity to support it in the center. In order to keep it from moving from side to side we cast it in such a way that the pack of the piece could be bolted directly into the concrete wall of the home…solid as, well, concrete.
Using two of our ‘alpine’ sink molds next to each other provides the unique look of this sink. It is cast in ‘limestone’ colored concrete and features slot drains and a 6 inch dropped front. Since the molds were a touch longer than the top we let them run over the edge of the mold, creating a ‘negative’ edge detail on either side.
